Hi all, Just found this group! Awesome! We have an older Nikon D70, it works. I also use the point and shot Nikon that I usually take with me wherever I go. My husband is more into portrait photograpy, as a hobby. I just like taking pics of family, friends and nature. Everyone calls me the paparazzi. Two years ago, we happened to run into Mat Damon in Kauai, Hawaii and I took a few 'stolen' shots of him surfing. That was a bit of a thrill. :-) Have a great week! Be well. Lynette/Purplerocks
my first camera was a brownie. you held it low in front of you and looked down into the viewfinder. i was about 5 when my dad gave it to me and i used that camera for 14 years, until i stepped into the exciting world of pocket instamatics with the flash strip. don't forget to advance the film!
